Xylo Labs Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
 

1. Program Overview

The Xylo Labs Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting Xylo Labs products through approved channels.

By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to these terms.
 

2. Eligibility & Approval

• All applications are subject to review and approval at Xylo Labs’ sole discretion

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any applicant for any reason

• Affiliates must be at least 21 years of age
   

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

• Represent Xylo Labs in a professional and accurate manner

• Use only approved branding, messaging, and materials when applicable

• Ensure all content is truthful and not misleading

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
   

4. Strict Compliance (Research Use Only)

Affiliates MUST NOT:

• Make any medical, therapeutic, or health claims

• Suggest products are for human or animal consumption

• Advertise products as treatments, cures, or performance enhancers

All products must be represented strictly as: “For research use only”

Violation of this section will result in immediate termination.
 

5. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Affiliates may NOT:

• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising

• Run paid ads using “Xylo Labs” brand terms without permission

• Impersonate Xylo Labs or present themselves as the company

• Promote in a way that violates platform rules (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
   

6. Affiliate Links & Discount Codes

• Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link and/or discount code

• Only properly tracked sales will qualify for commission

• Self-referrals or abuse of codes may result in disqualification
   

7. Commission Structure

• Commission rates will be provided upon approval

• Xylo Labs reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time

• Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded orders
   

8. Payment Terms

• Payments are issued on a scheduled basis (e.g., monthly)

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details

• Xylo Labs is not responsible for payment delays due to incorrect info
   

9. Returns, Chargebacks, & Adjustments

• Commissions will not be paid on refunded or disputed orders

• Xylo Labs reserves the right to reverse commissions if necessary
   

10. Termination

Xylo Labs reserves the right to:

• Terminate any affiliate account at any time

• Remove access to affiliate links or codes

• Withhold unpaid commissions in cases of violation

Grounds for termination include:

• Misrepresentation of products

• Violation of compliance rules

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
   

11. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may not modify or misuse Xylo Labs branding

• All logos, images, and materials remain property of Xylo Labs
   

12. Limitation of Liability

Xylo Labs is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of income due to program changes or termination
   

13. Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to:

• Update these terms at any time

• Modify or discontinue the affiliate program

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
 

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
 

15. Agreement

By participating in the Xylo Labs Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these terms

• You agree to comply with all requirements

• You accept full responsibility for your promotional activities
